Jean L. Moulton
Jean L. Moulton, 79, a resident of Franklin for over 12 years, died at her home, Tuesday, August 14, 2018 with family at her side after a brief battle with cancer. Jean was born in Brunswick, ME, June 16, 1939, daughter of the late Raymond Hill and Florence Daggett. She moved to Belfast, ME as a baby with family, where she lived until moving to Connecticut in 1966. Jean lived there until moving to California where she resided for 15 years, later moving back to Connecticut in 1990. In 2006, she moved to Franklin, living here until her death. Over the years she was employed by the U. S. Envelope Co. in Rockville, CT for 7 years and Pacific Envelope in Anaheim, CA for 4 years, later working for 14 years at the Staple Distribution Center in Killingly, CT. Jean loved her “Kit Kat”, taking him for walks. He was wonderful company to Jean for over 17 years. She loved spending time at the TRIPP Center in Franklin. Over the years, she enjoyed playing bingo, board games and crocheting, giving away most of what she created. She enjoyed giving away crocheted items to special causes. Jean was a “helping others person”, often cooking and baking for them. She enjoyed being with family and friends. She was an avid supporter of the New England Patriots and her favorites, “Tom Brady and The Gronk". Family was special to Jean, especially grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her infant baby, Karan Ann, her two brothers, Edward and Richard Daggett, her parents and one sister, Elaine Solomon. Jean leaves,

A celebration of Jean’s life will be held Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home, Franklin-Tilton Road (584 West Main St.) in Tilton, NH 03276. All are welcomed back to Wanda’s home in Pembroke following the service.
She will be laid to rest with her infant daughter in the Smart Cemetery in Belfast, ME.
Jean loved children and the family requested donations be made in her name to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of NH, 814 Elm St., Suite 300, Manchester, NH 03101.
